Polyurethane weather-resistant enamel. Anti-corrosion protection for metal, concrete, and reinforced concrete structures. High resistance to atmospheric effects. Resistance to ultraviolet radiation. Excellent decorative properties.

Purpose

Used for decorative and protective purposes on metal surfaces where resistance to ultraviolet radiation and external influences (water, seawater, chemicals, and corrosion) is required. Suitable for steel structures and equipment, as well as exterior surfaces of tanks and pipelines. Used at industrial facilities where high color brightness and durability are required. Used as a protective topcoat in SPEKTRON SB fire protection systems.

Storage conditions

The guaranteed shelf life of the base component is 12 months from the date of manufacture, and the hardener component is 6 months. Store properly in unopened and undamaged original packaging in a dry area protected from direct sunlight and moisture at temperatures from –30°C to +30°C.

Safety measures and precautions

Occupational health and safety measures shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.3.005-75, GOST 12.3.016-87, and the manufacturer's technical documentation, taking into account the properties of the material. When applying paint and coating materials outdoors or indoors, ensure that the work area is well ventilated. Personnel involved in coating application shall wear rubber gloves and use protective barrier creams. Respiratory protection shall be provided by using protective masks/half-mask respirators, and eye protection shall be provided by using safety goggles. Application of paint and coating materials is strictly prohibited in enclosed spaces, pits, or wells.
