Description
Thick-film material for structural fire protection of steel structures of buildings and facilities, intended to increase their fire resistance rating for steel sections with a section factor corresponding to a reduced steel thickness of less than 5.8 mm.
Purpose
The material is intended for the structural fire protection of steel load-bearing structures of buildings and facilities (columns, bracing elements, beams, and trusses) in order to increase their fire resistance rating for steel sections with a calculated steel thickness of less than 5.8 mm. The Technological Instruction specifies the application procedure for SPEKTRON SB Constructive material.
The technology of applying the material
Storage conditions
The coating shall be transported and stored in the manufacturer's original packaging at ambient temperatures from -40°C to +50°C and relative humidity up to 85%. Contact of the packaging with water and chemically active substances is not permitted. The coating shall not be stored under direct sunlight, near open flames, or in areas where welding operations are performed. The guaranteed storage period is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
