Description

Intumescent material designed for effective protection of building structures against heat flux and flame exposure.

Purpose

The material is intended for application on steel load-bearing structures of buildings and
facilities (columns, bracing elements, beams, and trusses) to increase their fire resistance rating. The Technological Instruction specifies the application procedure for SPEKTRON SB fire protection material used for the protection of steel structures of buildings and facilities in order to increase their fire resistance rating. During the execution of works, the instruction may be adjusted upon agreement with the document developer.

Storage conditions

The composition is transported and stored in the manufacturer's packaging at an air temperature of
from -40 °C to +50 °C and ambient humidity up to 85%. No contact is allowed
containers with water and chemically active substances. Do not store paint under
exposure to direct sunlight, near sources of fire, or welding
works'. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
